[Saba Sports News] Devin Booker’s time on the court during the Phoenix Suns’ matchup with the Detroit Pistons at the Footprint Center was notably short-lived. Booker found himself ejected from the game within the first 6 minutes, much to the dismay of the Phoenix spectators.
He received two technical fouls with 6:36 remaining in the first quarter, leading to his immediate removal from the game. Additionally, Suns head coach Frank Vogel was issued a technical foul. The swift exit of Booker incited chants of “ref you suck” from the Phoenix home audience.
In his brief 5 minutes of play, Booker managed to score 7 points before he was ejected. Despite his early departure, the Suns were still able to establish a significant lead against the struggling Pistons, who held a record of 8-45. It appeared as though the officials might have been attempting to level the playing field for Detroit.
