[Saba Sports News] Nate Robinson is facing a dire health situation, as he disclosed in a recent interview. The former NBA guard revealed that he urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive.
“I know I don’t have long if I can’t get a kidney,” Robinson stated, emphasizing the gravity of his condition. He undergoes dialysis three times a week, which is critical for his survival, explaining that missing even a single session could be fatal.
Diagnosed with renal kidney failure in 2018, Robinson has been battling this severe health issue for several years. He also experiences severe, painful vomiting, which frequently results in hospitalization. Robinson, a notable NBA player who won the Slam Dunk Contest three times, has been seeking a kidney donor since 2020.
