[Saba Sports News] Mickey Arthur, Grant Bradburn, and Andrew Puttick have tendered their resignations from their roles at Lahore’s National Cricket Academy (NCA). Following the World Cup, as part of a comprehensive overhaul, they were reassigned from the senior men’s team to new positions within Pakistan cricket in November 2023.
Arthur previously held the role of Director of Pakistan men’s cricket, now filled by Mohammad Hafeez. Bradburn was the head coach, and Puttick worked as the batting coach. Their departures, set for the end of January 2024, were mutually agreed upon with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), which expressed gratitude for their contributions and wished them success in their future pursuits, as stated in a PCB release.
“All three individuals informed the Pakistan Cricket Board of their decision to leave their respective jobs by the end of January 2024. The decision was taken amicably between all the stakeholders. The PCB wishes them well in their future endeavours and is grateful for their services.”
