News] According to Italian media reports, Piotr Zielinski was previously absent
from the Polish national team due to tonsillitis, but Italian fans mistakenly
believed it was angina (heart-related condition). The reports state that the
Napoli midfielder Zielinski missed the Polish national team’s matches due to
tonsillitis and returned to the club early for treatment. However, some fans
misinterpreted the announcement of tonsillitis as angina and mistakenly thought
Zielinski had a heart problem, causing great concern among Napoli fans.
Subsequently, Napoli had to issue a statement clarifying, “Zielinski is
suffering from tonsillitis, which is a syndrome caused by the flu.” There
are five days remaining until Napoli’s next match, but it is currently
uncertain whether Zielinski will be able to return for this weekend’s Serie A
game.
