Sports News] Recently, Cristiano Ronaldo received a one-game suspension and a
fine of 30,000 riyals (approximately 6,000 pounds) from the Saudi Professional
League Disciplinary Committee for engaging in indecent behavior in response to
provocations from fans. It has been reported that Ronaldo will be required to
pay 10,000 riyals to the Saudi Football Association, while the remaining 20,000
riyals will be compensated to the Riyadh Youth Club. However, given Ronaldo’s
annual salary of 175 million pounds with Riyadh Victory, he can earn back the
fine imposed by the Saudi Football Association in just 19 minutes. It is worth
noting that Ronaldo’s daily income is currently around 478,000 pounds, and his
hourly income amounts to approximately 19,922 pounds. When considering his
sponsorship earnings, Ronaldo’s annual income reaches a staggering 218 million
pounds, making him the highest-paid athlete in the world. Therefore, the fine
imposed on him is relatively insignificant given his financial stature.
