Premier League, Manchester United, Eric ten Hag
[Saba Sports News] A Manchester United fan channel
called The United Stand previously discussed the future of Marcus Rashford
during a live broadcast. Following the discussion, Marcus Rashford responded by
sharing the news and asking for the spreading of malicious rumours to stop.
However, Ryan, the individual in charge of The United Stand, retaliated after
Rashford personally refuted the rumors on the field. Ryan took to social media
and commented, “Duplicity and hypocrisy. I think the traffic today has
been full.” Rashford was absent from the match against Fulham due to an
injury, and prior to the game, manager Erik ten Hag addressed the incident
involving Rashford at a press conference. Ten Hag mentioned that Rashford had
apologised for the incident, but the decision regarding any potential
punishment was an internal matter, and he chose not to provide further details.
